Version 15.5 has a bib record with Z00_DOC_NUMBER='000000000':

SQL> select * from z00 where Z00_DOC_NUMBER='000000000';.

Is it valid? Should we load it to version 17?

Resolution:
A doc record with a key of 000000000 can't be displayed in GUI Cataloging or util f/4, and there is no z13 record for it. It should be deleted.
