Description:
Is it possible to define a potential supplier such that a borrowing locate will never be performed for that supplier, and such that the supplier can only be added to a request manually?

Resolution:
In the Web ILL if the potential supplier is for the Any media format, it can be only added manually.

In the Integrated ILL (ILL2) in order to exclude a supplier from the locate, level 99 should be assigned to the potential supplier of any requested media.
