    Desired Outcome Goal:
    When trying to give a specific patron record a PROFILE you get the following error:

    "Bor ID already has personal profile. In order to update profile, personal profile needs to be deleted first".

    How can I delete existing profiles?

    Procedure:
    You can delete the profile for the patron as follows:

    In the GUI Circ, click on "Patrons" in the top bar, then select "Patron Profile". It will give you a "Patron Profile List". Highlight this user's Patron ID in the Patron Profile List and then click "Delete" on the right.

    The staff member will then be able to assign a different profile to the patron.
