Description:
In Web ILL and in the Old GUI ILL, the Receive pop-up screen had a field for patron note. This note ended up displaying on the arrival letter to the patron. In ILL2 there are 2 note fields on the form. The Circulation note is primarily used to pass information to circulation for special circulation handling and the other note field gets sent to the Lender in the Received apdu. We either need the note field changed so that it goes to the arrival letter or we need an additional note field called patron note that goes to the patron arrival letter. See attached screen shots of the comparable receive workforms in Web ILL and ILL2.
