    Description:
After the upgrade to v18, GUI search/browse in our ABC02 library, for example, by title = "art", gives incorrect result.
If one goes to any other heading, for example, author and searches for freud, there is an error message:
Request is beyond last heading in ACCess file.

    Resolution:
An abc02 UTIL-A-17-14 shows that the z01_id Oracle index is missing.
Try running UTIL-A-17-2 (for z01_id) to create it.
It could fail because of duplicates. If it does, then use UTIL-A-17-18 instead. Consult KB 8192-424 for info on running UTIL-A-17-18.

Note: the z01_id *should* be created as the last step in the p_manage_02 job.
