    Description:
We are unable to retrieve abc12 authority records in the GUI Browse. (It says "Record not found".)

    Resolution:
We found, using util a/17/14, that the abc12 z00_id Oracle index was missing. We tried building it (with util a/17/2) but got the message that there were duplicates.

It seems that the import created duplicate z00 records in the abc12 which were preventing the z00_id Oracle index from being created. Dropping/creating the abc12 z00 and re-running the import corrected the problem.
