COR fields are not consistently being created

Description:
On our production machine please look at authority records for Kent, John 1928-2000 (system number 375108) and Kleene, Stephen Cole 1909 - 1994 (system number 90794) COR fields were not created for either of these records when the death date was added to the original term. We believe we have the proper settings defined in bcl10/tab/tab_fix (INS fix_doc_preferred and also P-31 fix_doc_preferred). What else do we need to do to get this to work?

Resolution:
I looked at the output of the p_manage_31 jobs that were run in $data_scratch for xxx10. From the logs, I can see that no fix routine was specified. You have to explicitly indicate that you want the P-31 fix routine when you submit the job. tab_fix indicates that the P-31 routine is automatically run by p_manage_31. I see that this is not the case. You have to explicitly specifiy the routine when running p_manage_31
