    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 18.01

    Problem Symptoms:
    * New format was added to ./xxx01/pc_tab/catalog/formats.lng
    * A bibliographic record was created with the new format
    * An item was added to the record
    * The call number is not displayed in Full Record and Brief list in OPAC

    Cause:
    * In ./xxx01/tab/edit_doc_999.lng and ./xxx01/tab/www_tab_short.lng the lines with definitions that determine how links to items display (ITM+, ITMG, ... ect) contain specific configuration for any format.
    * In these tables, no line is present for the new format created

    Resolution:
    1. For Full Record View
    * edit ./xxx01/tab/edit_doc_999.lng
    * add a new line for the new format or duplicate an existing one changing the format code in col.1 to the new code created

    2. For Brief list
    * edit ./xxx01/tab/www_tab_short.lng
    * add a new line for the Call No column or duplicate an existing one changing the format code in col. 11 to the new code created

    3. Restart PC Server and WWW Server
