    Description:
Can Aleph be set up for automatic failover if we have both Production and Test servers?

    Resolution:
Ex Libris as a company is not building - nor are we supporting - clustering. We do have customers that successfully use clustering products/solutions with our products but they set it by themselves and they are responsible for it.

(Note: the Ex Libris hosted servers *do* have a form of failover.)

There is only one thing special which would need to be done in Aleph to accommodate this: including the ip address of your Production server in the license file on your Test server and vice-versa. (That way, when failover occurs you will not need to modify the license file.)
