    Description:
Can servers be restarted without affecting user transactions?

    Resolution:
Yes, when you restart the server via the util w/3 menu, the server makes sure that all transactions are completed before stopping/restarting.

Note: doing util w/2 first to stop the server is not necessary. If you do this, there *will* be a brief time when the server is not accessible.
