    Description:
Our Aleph servers (libprddb1, libprddb2, libprdw1, libprdw2), setup by ExLibris when we still had a hardware contract, all have mySQL installed. Is this used by Aleph? Can we remove it?

    Resolution:
    Aleph doesn't use MySQL.

In ExLibris products, just SFX uses MySQL.

If you have only Aleph on this server, you can delete/uninstall MySQL
