Cash record created for "Local Patron Renewal"

Description:
In ADM ABC50 - on 9/11/09 they updated a patron's card and it created a $5.00 Local Patron renewal charge, but in their tab18.eng they do not have that value (transaction 0022).

I don't see why the system loaded this fee on this patron's record.

Resolution:
If tab18.eng lacks a particular Z31-TYPE code, the system will not produce a z31 cash record for that type.

The type code for "Local Patron Renewal" is 22. I see that the abc50 tab18.eng has no type 22, but:

this z31 cash record was produced on Sept. 11,
the abc50 tab18.eng was updated on Sept. 15, and
no backup of the previous tab18.eng was made.

Thus, it could be that the abc50 tab18.eng *did* have a "0022" line when this transaction was produced. They will need to show another case where this problem occurs.
