    Cataloging: CTRL-O No Longer Works After SP

    Problem Symptoms:
    After we updated to a new Service Pack, pressing CTRL-O in Catalog GUI no longer opens a Web browser in the bottom right window pane.
    Using the menu option Cataloging > View in Web OPAC doesn't work either.

    Cause:
    Configuration

    Resolution:
    1. Comment out the "setenv HTTPD_PORT_SSL <port_number>" line in the $alephe_root/aleph_start file
    2. Do aleph_shutdown and aleph_startup
    3. Util a /11 (Drop Session Tables)
    4. Drop table z63 (session information)
