    Description:
In doing p_file_08 (fix_doc_do_file_08) as part of p_print_03, I'm having problems changing the field to 099 where I need the call number to be.

It comes in as LOC1 or LOC8, for example, when I do a CHANGE-FIELD to 099 it ends up as 0991 or 0998. How do I get it to be just 099?

    Resolution:
p_file_08 has a "CHANGE-FIRST-IND" operator which can be used to change the first indicator.

You can see examples of its use by doing:

    > dlib usm01
    > dt
    > cd import
    > view mrcv-perm8.fix

I believe you would do this to change the LOC first indicator to blank in every case:

    1 LOC## CHANGE-FIRST-IND #,
