    Description:
How can we get the expected/not arrived tab (tab 2) to be the default tab rather than tab 1, All, when serials check-in is selected?

    Resolution:
This can be set up using the "Visual Properties" options, as described in the v19 Staff User’s Guide - General, section 3.8 ("The Visual Properties Window"). It says (minus the pictures):

You can change the tab which opens first by default when a form is displayed....
From the ALEPH menu, point to Options, click Customize, and select the General Configuration tab. Select Visual Properties and click OK. Now when you press F1 in a multi-tab form, the Visual Properties will open.

For this particular case, go to the Check-in screen, press F1, enter "2" in the First Tab box, click OK, close the Acq client and restart it. You should now find that the Expected/Not Arrived tab opens first.
