Question
When checking out more than one book simultaneously and placing them on the RFID reader, only one barcode is detected.
Can the RFID reader be configured to check out multiple books?
Answer
Due to circulation statuses (e.g. "On Hold") and/or item process statuses ("Bindery", "Damaged"), only one RFID tag can be in the radio range of the RFID reader when an item is being scanned.
When a status message appears, it causes the cursor to move away from the barcode field, which stops the loan or the return.
