Circ jobs not being submitted from job_list

Description:
For the last 3 days, the circ jobs (p_cir_13, p_cir_51) have not run. They are in the job_list and we have restarted the job daemon. Other jobs have run (p_cir_10). The jobd.log shows no attempt at executing these jobs - as if they are not there.

Why does this happen?

Resolution:
The job_daemon was restarted on Friday, but these jobs are specified (in the schedule code, column 1 of job_list) to run only Sunday-Thursday. The job ran successfully on Sunday night.
