    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 21

    Problem Symptoms:
In the ALEPH GUI - Update Version screen which appears when you click on ALEPH -> Version Check, clicking on "Change Type" (in order to change it to sp_conf) doesn't do anything.

    Cause:
"sp_exe" must be changed to "sp_conf" and *then* click Change Type.

    Resolution:
Since the "Change Type" button is lit up, you would expect that the first step would be to click on Change Type, but, in fact, the "sp_exe" needs to be overtyped with "sp_conf" or "version" before clicking on Change Type.
