    Description:
We have a discrepancy between our production and test server clients which I have been unable to track down.

On our test server, we can call up an XXX10 Authority record, place our cursor on the 100 field and then use the combination of <CNTRL> <F3> to pull up related XXX01 information. But the same combination results in an error on our production server. I have not been able to determine why. The scancode.dat files are the same on both servers, so that does not seem to be the problem. I have seen nothing in the pc_server log files either. What can I do to track this down?

    Resolution:
You need to run util/m/7 in XXX10. Util/m/7 needs to be run on a per library basis.
