    Collection blanked out when selected from dropdown in GUI Cataloging

    Problem Symptoms:
    When a Collection is selected from the "Item Display" tab, Collection dropdown in GUI Cataloging, the collection box is blanked out.

    Cause:
    ./xxx50/tab/tab100 X852-ITEM-OVERRIDE is set to "Y", there is no entry for X852-ITEM-OVERRIDE-C, and the HOL records have no 852 $$c (Collection) value. (The site intentionally removed them.) Thus, the value from the HOL record (blank) is being propagated to the item record.

    Resolution:
    1. add X852-ITEM-OVERRIDE-C=N to the xxx50 tab100
    2. restart the pc_server
