Problem Symptoms:

?€¢ The following message appears in $LOGDIR/pc_server_XXXX.log:

I/O error : file '/tmp/utf_files/exlibris/aleph/uXX_1/XXX01/tab/edit_field.lng'
error code: 3/5 (ANS85), pc=0, call=4, seg=0
13 File not found

Cause:
The table edit_field.lng is not present under /tmp/utf_files/exlibris/aleph/unn_1/XXX01/tab/

Resolution:
1. Run util x/7 to delete and recreate the utf_files
