    Question
A consortium requires more than one NCIP server, each with a unique agency_id/tem_id per member. What needs to be configured in Aleph? Will a new license be required?

    Answer
The following tables will need additional configuration:

    ./xxx50/tab/tab_ncip.conf
    ./alephe/tab/tab_ncip_interface

Each table will need to have more than one instance, defined by the individual port. For example, if there are two NCIP ports, 5991 and 5992, there would be a tab_ncip.conf.5991 table and a tab_ncip.conf.5992, as well as a tab_ncip_interface.5991 and a tab_ncip_interface.5992 table.
The parameters in each table can then be adjusted to individual needs.

The Aleph license has a line defining MAX-NCIP-SERVERS.
This variable measures the number of different "NC-SERVER"-type z65 records.
If an NCIP message is coming from a different IP address, it needs to have a separate z65 record with a separate Z65-CLIENT-ADDRESS.

If the required number of NCIP servers is higher than the number of MAX-NCIP-SERVERS listed in the license, a new license will need to be requested.
