When we try to connect to a customer server we get the message "Connection refused".
The most common cause of this problem is the lack of the Ex Libris - US ip address ( 126.96.36.199 ) as an exception in the server's firewall.
Adding it corrected the problem.
The IP address was changed from 188.8.131.52 to 184.108.40.206 on July 19, 2015.
