    Desired Outcome Goal:
How can I convert administrative records into bibliographic records?

    Example:
After doing a search by budget number in administrative base the given order numbers shall be converted to system numbers of bibliographic records and the records afterwards managed with “Global Changes (manage-21)”.

    Procedure:
You can retrieve e.g. orders by budget number, then run for the output file “Retrieve Record Keys (manage-70)” with option “ORDER-TO-BIB” to change the order numbers into BIB system numbers. The output file can then be used with “Global Changes (manage-21)”.
