Description:
After creating a course in v20 GUI Circ, I click on the Course Doc List on the left and then "Search" on the right.

When I search and select an xxx01 bib record, add a Course Document Note, and click OK, I get the message: "Failed to Add Doc."

Resolution:
This is message 0013 in pc_course_c1706. util g/2 for this xxx30 library showed "last-doc-number 0", while the SQL

select z00_doc_number from z00;

showed that docs 000000003 and 000000006 already existed.

After making the update "last-doc-number 9" in util g/2, we were able to create the doc record without error.
