Course Reading module is not working following the UE 18-19

View list of courses: AHS206 displays 8 attached bibs.

It doesn't work on v.19
When you try viewing the same course info in v.19 GUI, you get an error:

List of courses: AHS206, click on "View the doc list", receive an error "Failed to read reply".

Here is an error from the pc server log. The log refers to ata01 - this is not the active library. Their active library is xxx50.

There was an incorrect library in path convert.
