    Creating a list of ILL loans (Patron Request Report (ill-74)

    Problem Symptoms:
    The report created by server Patron Request Report (ill-74) is empty
    $alephe_scratch/xxx40_p_ill_74.nnnnn does not contain any errors:

    Cause:
    Staff user has ILL Unit = ADMIN

    Resolution:
    1. Connect to the ILL library with a staff user having the correct ILL unit assigned
    2. Re-run service 'Patron Request Report (ill-74)'
