Cross references missing/disappearing from Brief Recs

Description:
New cross-references are not being created in the z0101 Brief Recs index. Existing cross-references disappear when the bib containing the linked heading is resaved.

The util g/2 last-z0101-sequence number is not increasing. [ <Jerry Specht > ]

Resolution:
Despite the fact that there is no error in the pc_server log, the run_e_01 log, or the Oracle alert_log, the problem had to do with a lack of space in the tablepace in which the z0101 resides:

This indicates that the largest free extent is less than 1 Meg. That is certainly too small.
