Problem Symptoms:
* customized reports are sent twice via email with different contents

Cause:
Job daemon is running on the test system, sending out a second version of the reports

Resolution:
A. Stop job daemon in test system

util e/15/2 Kill job daemon

B. Refine the file $alephe_tab/job_list in test system and keep the job daemon active
1. Remove relevant entries from file $alephe_tab/job_list
2. Reload job daemon (util e/16/9 Reload job_list)
