    Customizing Settings in the ARC Tool

    Is it possible to disable certain features in the ARC tool, such as the option to "Include a link to the report" on the e-mail screens for scheduled or generated reports? Based on some Internet searches, it appears that this sort of customization can be done by consulting the ReportNet "Administration and Security Guide," but we do not have a copy of this, nor do we know if we have enough access to ReportNet to implement these security-related customizations.
    We are trying to find ways to customize the ARC tool so that we can restrict the amount of possible confusion arising from multiple users accessing the same user accounts in ARC.

    Resolution:
    We have checked with Cognos (the software developer) and they say that there is no way to remove that checkbox.
