    DELETE-SUBFIELD in generic fix deletes fixed fields

    Problem Symptoms:
    Setting DELETE-SUBFIELD with field 0## deletes fixed fields

    Cause:
    DELETE-SUBFIELD is intended for variable fields only.

    Resolution:
    Use fields 010, 035 rather than 0##. Setting 0## includes fixed fields (001, 005, 006, 007, 008) that do not have subfields, and is inappropriate for DELETE-SUBFIELD.
