Problem Symptoms:
Patron Registration Form: Default values of the form switch to standard when scanning a Patron ID or when typing in a number in field Patron ID and clicking "Enter" afterwards.

rep_change 2169 in Aleph 22:

Description: GUI,CIRC - Patron fast registration. A malfunction when using a non-split patron name.
When the fast registration form return error, last name field was displayed in additon to the name field.
The problem occures when PATRON-NAME-FORMAT was not defined or empty.
