    Description:
    Diacritics are not displaying correctly in the Course Reserves Course number Browse index.

    Resolution:
    Since the Course Reserve Course Number Browse is scanning the CNO Direct index, the title information which displays comes from the Z13 record.

    Running p_manage_07 to rebuild the abc30 Z13 corrected the problem.
