    Description:
Problem Description: When a newly added record in my folders is emailed then one copy of the email is received and a “Record/s sent” page is displayed. When a previously added record in my folders is emailed then two copies of the email are received and a blank page displays.

Actual Results: then two copies of the email are received and a blank page displays

Expected Results: one copy of the email is received and a “Record/s sent” page is displayed

    Resolution:
We've analyzed this issue with the Development, and the conclusion is that the Save/Email functionality from the Full View of record (myshelf-full-head page) is not supported.
A record from the My e-Shelf list can be sent via e-mail by selecting it in the “Documents in My e-Shelf” list and clicking the “Save/Mail” link.
