    Resolution:
    As an Aleph installation you have Oracle Enterprise Edition, including the Enterprise Manager function.

    I find (in our "ERD" entry for your site) that your oracle and root password are ...

    You should be able to use the oracle password (see above) to log in to the Enterprise Manager as sys. (See KB 8192-5065.) Though it is not *necessary* to use Enterprise Manager.

    I would point out the following Oracle management utilities in Aleph:

    util o/14/1 (All Tablespaces Free Space Summary),
    util o/13/1 (List of Database Files) and
    util o/13/3 (Add File to Tablespace).
