Resolution:
Yes, the ARC 2.0 enhanced version does support Oracle 11. You'll need to submit a Support Incident to request to have this release installed on your system.

The new ARC with Cognos 8.4 and Oracle 11 is only certified for 64 bit Operating Systems. E.g. Linux RH 5 (64 bit) or Sun Solaris 10 based on a spac processor.
