    Question

When packing the u-tree using the Upgrade Express (Create Customer Data) must Aleph be down on the source application server?

    Answer

In the Production/cutover run, yes. For a test run, if a lot of people are using the system, there could be a few inconstencies in the exported records, but, generally, it's not a problem.
