    Description:
This morning I got an email from one of our branch supervisors saying she had found a couple of items that had due dates of 2005-09-31. She has since changed these items to "Lost" and so I've lost the due_date records, etc. but I suspect that they had a due hour of 00:00.

Checking the database for other loans due back on 2005-09-31, I found 8. Just for fun I checked 2005-10-32 and found one!

All of these loans have a "due-hour" of '0'.

    Resolution:
There has been a reported problem following install of sp's with rpc 428 (in the case of v17), and the resolution is to rebuild the z301 table prior to circulation for that day. If not all loans for that day are given a 0000 due time, it corrects itself the following day as the z301 table is rebuilt overnight anyway. This has been reported for fixing in future sp's.

For problematic loans you are seeing, the due times (and dates if necessary) can be corrected using the "Change Due Dates of current loans" option in Circulation.
