    Description:
It seems that the courtesy and overdue notices are being sent twice to each patron. In the actual abc50/print file there is only one entry, but in my mailbox I get two copies of each email. In order to verify that the emails are indeed going out, I have added my email as a Bcc in alephcom.ini:

    bccaddress jones@abc.edu

Is there any other way of checking what is actually being sent out? Is there some setting that would cause two identical emails to be sent?

    Resolution:
The user was able to verify that patrons are only receiving *one* copy of the email.

The duplicates were the result of the archiving function in the user's Outlook configuration.
