    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 21

    Problem Symptoms:
? EDI Order is rejected due to unresponsive vendor server
? EDI files have been moved to abc50/edi/out/xml_rejected

    Cause:
EDI order has been rejected because edi-11 (Send Outgoing EDI Messages) could not contact the vendor's server

    Resolution:
? Copy the xml version of the affected outgoing EDI order into the abc50/print/edi directory
    ? Run p_edi_11

    Additional Information

? After completing these steps a new version of the outgoing order will be created in abc50/edi/out/edi_outgoing
? The previous version of the order will be overwritten
? Service edi-11 will initiate the ftp transfer of the order to the vendor?s server
? To confirm that the transfer has occurred successfully, check to see if the order has been moved to abc50/edi/out/edi_sent
? If the order is present in abc50/edi/out/edi_sent, the vendor has successfully received it
