    • Product Version: 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Description

Even if the rush-indicator in the order form is ticked the EDI order does not show the "rush" indication. In the XML-file it's correctly shown as: <z68-rush>Y</z68-rush>.

    Resolution

A rush EDI order is covered  by segment BGM+224.

However this does work only for orders sent per single letter and not for order lists. The example given shows "order_delivery_type ..........LI".

Unfortunately this behavior can't be corrected. Since BGM is a part of the header of the message, and not all orders in the message are marked as Rush, the program will not place 224 in the BGM for rush when creating an order list. To overcome this problem, send Rush orders as single letters.
