    Description:
We are testing EDI claiming with EBSCO. We are missing the QTY+21 segment in our EDI file. According to the Ex Libris EDIteur mapping spreadsheet, this segment should be coming from Z68. However, our serial_44 results show NO data coming from Z68. EBSCO claims that other Aleph customers are able to send the QTY+21 segment, so I'm guessing that something is set wrong on our end, though I can't figure out what it is. I have explicitly set the tab100 switch for EDI-QUANTITY-NOTE to Y, even though that is the default.

    Resolution:
The quantity segment is not included in the outgoing EDI message if you don't include the Order Number on the Subscription record. If the Order Number is there, the the QTY+21 segment is generated.
