What is supposed to happen when the expiration date on a hold request passes?

Resolution:
When the z37_end_request_date passes, two things happen:

1. the request is omitted from reports and displays which look only for active requests

2. in running p_cir_17 ("Report / Delete Expired Hold Requests"), if the "Delete Current Holds" parameter is set to "Y", the hold is deleted.
