When looking at any of the run files in data scratch for our 01, 50 or 10 libraries, we find the line:

I tried util/w/5 to see the system status and receive no reply.

Resolution:
We corrected this by copying the /exlibris/aleph/a18_1/alephe.orig/tab/tab_system_status to $alephe_tab/tab_system_status.
