Description:
util w/5 shows an "Info: Empty table /exlibris/aleph/u19_2/alephe/tab/tab_system_status" message -- and does not display the "Global System Status" screen.

Resolution:
[Note: the v19 instance on your server may be "19_1" rather than "19_2".]

Checking in /exlibris/aleph/u19_2/alephe/tab/, I found that there was no tab_system_status file. I was not certain why that was, but corrected the problem by copying the

/exlibris/aleph/a19_2/alephe/tab/tab_system_status to the
/exlibris/aleph/u19_2/alephe/tab/tab_system_status.

Note: If there is no tab_system_status in /exlibris/aleph/a19_2/alephe/tab, you can always find it in /exlibris/aleph/a19_2/alephe.orig/tab and copy it from there.
