    Description:
We've had a problem with funds that didn't have their encumbrances roll over: GENDVD, PCGERM, PCIIS, PCMUSPEC, RARAB, RFURU, RHUCLC, RHUFLM, RHUFR, PCDUPLIC. We've already finalized most of our year-end processing, but we'd like to see if we can find a way to roll the encumbrances on just these funds. We tried rolling them independently from other funds by giving them a specific new budget type and only processing that budget type, but with no success.

    Resolution:
[From site:] We discovered that all the funds with issues, which were all new except one, were missing the "annual fund" checkbox (we noticed it because the one non-new fund had it in 2011, but not in 2012).
We checked the box on all the funds that hadn't rolled, changed their fund codes, and ran them through p_acq_06 and p_acq_07, which appears to have worked.
