We moved from DEV and are now testing in SBTEST.

p_manage_01 and p_manage_05 are producing errors.

All of the $data_scratch/p_manage_01_a_*.log and p_manage_05_a_*.log files contain these errors:

Error: create_library_file_name - no env variable found for qrs60_dev
defaulting to aleph_dev.... tab_expand
Error: create_library_file_name - no env variable found for tuv60_dev
defaulting to aleph_dev.... tab_expand
Etc.

The xxx60-libs in the error messages no longer exist, removed about 2 years ago. The only xxx60-lib in SBTEST is ABC60. There's no other xxx60-lib in aleph_start.private, library_relation and tab_library_group, just ABC60.

util f/4 in abc01 shows the same error:

Reading doc : 010000001
Load: /exlibris/20/sb/utf_files/exlibris/20/sb/abc01/tab/tab_expand
Error: create_library_file_name - no env variable found for qrs60_dev
defaulting to aleph_dev.... tab_expand

Resolution:
util f/3/12 [Display Links Associated with a Record] shows this:

ENTER DOC-NUMBER : 010000001
QRS50 000000001 ADM
QRS60 075000001 HOL

(util f/4 in abc60 hangs when I select "doc" as the file name; but works OK when I specify "doc_no_expand" as the file name.)

It seems that, though these xxx60 HOL records have been loaded to abc60, the z103 has not been rebuilt since that change.

Please either copy the correct z103's from DEV or run p_manage_12 as described in KB 8192-3511.
