    Error: io_z00 - table doesn't exist in database or tab_io_remote ..." *GENERAL*

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23

    Description

You get the message "Error: io_z00 - table doesn't exist in database or tab_io_remote for library" ...-

    EITHER

in running p_print_03, p_manage_40, p_manage_21, p_manage_33, or some other batch job which has as it's input a file of Aleph doc record numbers

    OR

you get the same message reported in the WWW server log file.

    Resolution

    (1) The service jobs expect the file of record numbers to contain the library in bytes 10-14. If those positions are blank, the error message shown above occurs.

(In this case, you need to populate bytes 10-14 with the library)

    (2) The problem is solved with rep_change 2363 (V 22) and 2054 (V 23):

Description: WEB OPAC - When renewing loans with "Renew All", an error message is displayed in the log file, even when the renewal is successful.

    Solution: This has been corrected.
