Error: last-batch-job-no sequence is not found" [for usr_library]

Description:
We get the error message
Error: last-batch-job-no sequence is not found in PWD50.
<where PWD50 is our $usr_library>
in running a batch job [after upgrading to v19 or v20].
Resolution:
The "Error: last-batch-job-no sequence is not found in ..." message is issued by the ./z100/z100_initialize_rec program when it doesn't find a last-batch-job-no line in the $usr_library z52 (UTIL-G-2).
The last-batch-job-no sequence was added by v19 rep_ver 13693: " Upgrade Instructions: Add new sequence to Z52 in the user library: last-batch-job-no (with value 0)."
The demo libraries' usr_library (USR00) does have a last-batch-job-no sequence.
Thus, if you are upgrading to v19 or v20 from v18 or earlier, you should dlib to the $usr_library and do UTIL-G-2 to add the last-batch-job-no sequence to the $usr_library z52 (with a value of 0). As can be seen in the usr00 UTIL-G-2, Suppress should be "Y" and Prefix <blank>.
(faq)
Additional Information
If the message occurs for the USR00 demo library, see Article 00023632 ("Error: last-batch-job-no sequence is not found in USR00").
