Description

* Error "Transfer failed" is present in the Send Outgoing EDI messages (edi-11) log
* The EDI message is not sent to vendor

Resolution

In the file ./xxx50]/tab/edi_out_attr the switch No. 5 (ftp Passive mode) in column 2 is set to N


* The problem is fixed by rep_change 3640 in Aleph 20

If you have Aleph 20, rep_change 3640 or Aleph 21 installed and are still experiencing the problems, follow the Implementation Notes to avoid it.

* Edit ./xxx50/tab/edi_out_attr table
* Set switch No. 5 (ftp Passive mode) in column 2 to Y for vendors relevant to Send Outgoing EDI messages (edi-11) service. For example:
